Genius recently completed a partial garage conversion for us, turning half of our garage into a proper utility area and adding a downstairs WC. From initial quote to the build, Rich has provided valuable advice and suggestions on how to make the best use of the space. It’s clear Rich and his team take a lot of pride in their work and we are really pleased with the end result! I couldn’t ask for a more! I have a reputation for being a perfectionist, but I genuinely can’t fault any of the work the team have done. Rich also regularly checked in to make sure I’m happy along the way, putting me at ease. I also felt comfortable leaving them the keys for 2 days whilst I was away. These will be my go-to builders from now on and I have a long list of future projects that I’d like to use them for. Rich and the lads have done a brilliant job of replacing our garage roof and fitting a new front door & side panel on our porch.
